Academic paper-writing or unethical test-taking services	Cheat sheets, plagiarized text, pre-written essays, thesis papers, and dissertations; offers for paper-writing or test-taking services.
Adult goods & services including porn, kiddie porn, prostitution, & sex slave solicitation activities. & (Child pornography)	Hardcore pornography and other unclassy sexually suggestive and explicit materials (including literature, imagery and other media); prostitution ring masquerading as an escort or dating services. Pornographic materials involving minors, or content that can be perceived as pedophilia erotica.
Alcohol or Alcoholic beverages *(restrictions apply)*	Beer or liquor, (either personally brewed or redistributed/resold) You must be legally authorized to sell it and can document this if you or your business has a right to offer it.
Animals & regulated species including plants & Human parts, including other organic specimens *(restrictions apply)*	Unless you’re a scientist, medical professional or other certified specialist, or company authorized to trade these exclusively within scientific circles for scientific research, study and experimentation, while in compliance with government rules and regulations, sale of the following is not allowed: Organic cells, organs or other body parts; body fluids; stem cells; embryos. Animal parts, blood, or fluids; noxious weeds; prohibited seeds; plants or other organisms (including product derivatives) in danger of extinction or whose trade is otherwise regulated by law.
Bulk Marketing Tools *(restrictions apply)*	Email lists, software, or other products enabling unsolicited email messages (spam) – If your service is strictly designed for wanted solicitation, where the intended customers either okay it or sign up for it with the option to cancel, then you’re technically not breaking this rule.
Copyright media & software *(copyright infringement & bootleg items)*	Unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, and other licensed or protected materials including copies without proper attribution; and unauthorized copies of software, video games and other licensed or protected materials, including OEM or bundled software
Counterfeit items, including unauthorized goods (Fake replicas)	Replicas or imitations of designer goods; items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association; fake autographs; currency or precious metals; stamps; tickets; and other potentially unauthorized goods such as media items.
Devices or techniques for unlocking technical protection measures	Mod chips or other devices for circumventing technical protection measures on digital devices, including for unlocking iPhones
Drugs & illegal drug paraphernalia *(restrictions apply)* & Other prescription drugs & medical devices	Physicians, Pharmacists, & other legally licensed professionals or authorized businesses can post ads for legal prescription drugs. Controlled substances, narcotics, illegal drugs, and drug accessories, including psychoactive and herbal drugs such as salvia and magic mushrooms and materials promoting their use; or legal substances, such as plants or herbs, in a manner that suggests ingesting, inhaling, extracting or otherwise using any substance or compound from the legal substance will provide the same effect as an illegal drug, compound or substance or that will provide unsubstantiated health benefits. Any unauthorized/uncertified person providing sales of drugs or other products requiring a prescription by a licensed medical practitioner, veterinarian or any online pharmacies or whose distribution is otherwise regulated; medical devices that require government authorization for distribution; and drug test circumvention aids, is strictly not allowed.
Financial or other regulated products, services, securities, & stored value *(restrictions apply)*	Only financiers, banks, licensed brokers, or other authorized person or business involved in financial planning can post products or services. Anyone else offering financial products or services of the following will be doing so illegally: Investment consulting; refinancing or transfer of non-collectible debt; stock brokerage; manual cash disbursements; money orders; traveler's checks; stocks, bonds, or related financial products; insurances; units in collective investment schemes; stored value cards; credit services; provision of services regulated or prohibited by applicable law
FOOD (Produce, pastry, Catering/Gourmet meals, etc.) *(restrictions apply)*	Only authorized persons or businesses can sell food that is prepared or redistributed. This means you must have a valid license to do so and that the food being sold complies with federal & state regulations, and that the place you have the license and Tax ID where it is being sold through meet the legal specifications and standards.
Fund solicitations	Donation solicitations from parties without a valid 501(c)(3) tax exempt status clearly displayed to the public; solicitations from parties without valid proof of exempt tax status or proof of registration with the relevant country's regulatory bodies and authorities; and political organizations that have registered with the FEC
Gaming/gambling *(restrictions apply)*	Compliance with federal or state gambling laws is required for authorized persons or businesses offering the following: Lottery tickets, sports bets, memberships/ enrollment in online gambling sites, and related content. (must have furnishable license or certificate where the service is offered or located)
Government IDs, documents, or uniforms	Only legally authorized government personnel or the government agency itself or whoever they grant permission to create on their behalf, can produce these. Only authorized persons and businesses can trade these items. (scientist or the scientifically affiliated, government agent or agency, etc)
Illegal goods	Materials, products, or information promoting illegal goods or enabling illegal acts; goods you do not own or have the right to sell; goods produced in violation of a third party's rights; goods in violation of export or labeling restrictions; goods recorded on public registers (such as real estate) and whose transfer requires formalities that cannot be legally completed online You are solely and completely responsible for verifying that all items you sell are authentic and legal.
Illegal telecommunications equipment	Devices intended to obtain cable and satellite signals for free, cable descramblers and black boxes, access cards, access card programmers and unloopers, and other equipment deemed unlawful by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) or other competent regulatory body in the country in which the goods are offered for sale
Miracle cures	Unsubstantiated cures, remedies or other items marketed as quick health fixes. This includes “so called” medications or “wonder drugs” not approved by the FDA, or magic pills, potions, or spells unless you are infact a spiritualist with true supernatural powers, and people you have healed or helped that can testify and truly evidence your divine gift.
Multi-level marketing & wealth creation program Scams	Multi-level marketing scams (including online payment randomizers), matrix, pyramid, Ponzi schemes, wealth creation programs, and all similar programs. If your wealth creation or multi-level marketing program is not technically illegal and no scam or fraud has resulted or been reported nor has there been any bad publicity attached to it, and it has worked to improve the financial conditions of your participants, then you do not fit this restriction.
Offensive Material Deliberately encouraging ignorant thinking, scorn, bigotry & violence against a religious or ethnic group, sexual orientation, or other lifestyle. & Offensive Material associated with crime or a criminal investigation	Goods, literature, products, or other materials that: Degrade, defame or slander any person or groups of people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, or other factors Defame or slander any person or groups of people protected from defamation or slander by applicable law. Subvert public morality or decency laws. Encourage or incite violent acts Promote intolerance or hatred Promote or support membership in hate groups or terrorist groups or other organizations prohibited by law. Crime scene photos or items, such as personal belongings, associated with criminals or a criminal act.
Protected cultural items & artifacts – regardless of the country or place of origin	Material covered by the UNESCO 1970 Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property or otherwise restricted by law from sale, export or transfer; Artifacts, cave formations (speleothems, stalactites, and stalagmites) and grave-related items that are protected under federal laws, such as The United States of America Federal Cave Resources Protection Act of 1988, and the Native American Grave Protection and Repatriation Act. Travel packages & offers	Travel services, including hotel, flight, cruise and car reservations; travel clubs, are only to be offered by an approved person or organization granted permission by the same company whose product or services he or she is offering or selling, or is working as an affiliate of a third party who is authorized to sell them.
