Customers are encouraged to
print a copy for their records
FERRELUX reserves
the right to cancel a product or service at any time at its
discretion. The company can also refuse service to any customer
or client. This rule mainly applies when the company deems a
customer or business client to bear delinquent accounts, be a
fraudulant buyer, a problem customer or nuissance, or be a
potential conflict of interest. However, no customer will be
discriminated against on the basis of race, gender, religion,
sexual orientation/preference, or creed. The company is an
inclusive organization, which caters to everyone, and strives to
perfect services to all customers.
FERRELUX respects the privacy of all
customers and business clients. No personal information of yours
or a record of your transaction history with Ferrelux will be
shared with any outside source. Only upon your explicit
permission of action, whether verbal or written (preferred), will FERRELUX honor for that information to
be divulged to a specified party.
Background Checks will be
kept confidential between the company and the client. Reports
that detail findings will be sent to the client. Upon your
purchase for the background check, no refund will be issued once the
investigation is run, where by which the client received a report
of findings, whether satisfactory or not. The fee to conduct the
background check, is a fixed price, whether or not the
investigation turns up evidence. If critical information on the
person is found, you will definately know. If the company cannot
find anything incriminating about the person, unfortuanately, you
cannot be reimbursed in any way, since you paid for the service
of running the investigation.
In the case of Asset Tracing, as disclosed on the $$$Money$$$ link,
customers are entitled to refunds where applicable.
The Image Editing service reprints and retouch photos at an affordable price. All photos will be a laser reprint on photo quality paper. The customer/client will choose in writing what he or she wants to be done to the photo and have it reprinted on either glossy or matted paper. All originals will be returned. Your photos are kept confidential and will not be redistributed or shared with anyone. You are the sole possessor of your own image and identity. Once printed and retouched photos are sent out to the customer/client, except where specified, cannot be returned. Unless in a very rare circumstance, a photo that was printed or retouched is defective, the company will replace that damaged photo.
Once a customer has purchased an Employer Jobseeker Interface file, or Real Estate Locator file, the electronic listing cannot be returned for a refund ! Both files are special spreadsheet compilations of various links to websites. FERRELUX is not responsible for the materials and information contained on those websites. The company only provides the files in order to aid the customer in obtaining employment or real estate. Other services such as Direct Network Recruiting, Resume Bank, & Resume Make-Over are designed to give jobseekers a better advantage at being employed.
All Corporate Services are welcomed and kept in good
faith. Information, and, or Services administered will be held in
confidence and not be shared with any outside parties, including
conflicts of interest. FERRELUX also welcomes contract agreements from
individuals and corporations to administer future procurement
services within FERRELUX's
capacity.

FERRELUX is a member of the online
network marketing families, such as Linkshare, icommissions,
Commission Junction, Be Free, & Performics, and therefore an
affiliate of the products displayed on the Store & the Business Solutions pages. The company only markets those
particular consumer products, but are not the creators or
generators of what is offered. For any further enquiry, or
dealings, the customer must contact the Merchant responsible for
the product or service.
FERRELUX cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items in the mail. Once an item or document is shipped, it is the responsibilty of the United States Postal Service to see that your mail is delivered to you. In the event of dissatisfaction with the service or product, the company is not obligated to reimburse the customer. Only under extreme and rare circumstances, will the company decide to oblige the customer if it sees fit.
FERRELUX retains the rights for all publications, products, company logo, website design, files, and listings. The company's intellectual property is prohibitted from being remanufactured, reduplicated, or copied for redistribution, sales purposes or any other reason. If the company deems that its copyrighted documentation and/or products has been violated, the company will seek the appropriate legal action against the individual(s) or entities involved.
FERRELUX reserves the right to change its
services, policies and products at will without notice. The
company truly values its customers and constantly aims to please
them, by improving the quality of service. If you decide to do
business with this company, you must understand and accept the
terms without prejudice. If you are in doubt or have any further
questions, don't hesitate to contact.
FERRELUX no longer
uses 2checkout.com to
receive payments for products or services. All purchases should
be made through the paypal links.
